Individuals and organizations will benefit from AGTS leadership coaching.
The Process:

Initial session. The process begins with an initial meeting
with a coach to identify strategies and initiate a data collection process.

Data collection.
The data collection process may include leadership assessments like the LPI
(Leadership Practices Inventory by Kouzes and Posner), the MBTI temperament
survey, and interviews with direct reports, and the manager/teams.

Goal setting.
After the data collection, the leader and coach will meet for 6 sessions
over a period of 3-6 months to develop and monitor an action plan for
leadership development. (Additional sessions with the leader, coach, and
members of the team to facilitate problem solving and conflict resolution
may be added at an additional cost).

Evaluation/closing.
The leader and the coach will meet to evaluate progress and develop a
plan to continue growth after the coaching process is completed.
