With over 25 years of professional experience, Ann has held a variety of roles within the fields of human resources, organizational development, and training in corporate, educational, and governmental environments.  Ann’s areas of expertise include leadership, performance management, employee relations, discipline, and team dynamics. 

A native of Phoenix, Ann has traveled extensively throughout the State delivering training programs to a wide variety of audiences.  She has designed award-winning leadership and supervisory programs for local and statewide organizations.

Ann’s training programs incorporate best practices including hands-on experience to help participants learn and apply new skills.  Using adult learning principles, she ensures the session activities support the concepts taught and facilitate transfer of learning to the job.

Ann received her bachelor’s degree in Business from Arizona State University.
