Cynthia Paine is the owner a private consulting firm specializing in coaching, consulting, facilitation and training services.  Her goal is to build effective leaders and teams.  An applied background in social science, psychology, and communication ground Cynthia’s practice in organizational development and performance management.  She is comfortable in diverse settings and experienced with public, private, and nonprofit sectors across industries of aviation, construction, transportation, healthcare, engineering, and all levels of government.

A versatile corporate trainer, Cynthia also remains active in academics as an adjunct faculty member and teaches  graduate and undergraduate courses in business administration, leadership, and human resource management.

Ms. Paine holds a master’s degree in Communication, is actively involved in the American Society of Training and Development, and is a founding member of the Society for Organizational Learning.
